Can I change a package after I've seen it?
Yes — every package on our tours page is a starting point. Tell us what you'd like adjusted (extra days, different pace, fewer stops) and we'll requote it.
How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, since that's what we check most often. Email works too, just expect a slightly longer turnaround.
Do you offer mountain climbing or cultural-only trips?
Yes. We guide the Marangu, Machame and Lemosho routes up Kilimanjaro, and can build a custom cultural itinerary around Arusha — message us with what you're after.
What's included in the price?
Each package page has a full "What's included" breakdown, and your quote will list exactly what's covered. If anything's unclear, ask before booking — we'd rather clarify upfront than surprise you later.
How do I confirm a booking?
A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit is received, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Full details are in our booking policy.
